Looking for a beautiful, romantic walk in a park? Love bright, colorful garden displays?
After months of unusually cool weather for early Spring in the Bay Area, the San Jose Rose Garden is finally in full bloom. Stop by here and literally, as well as figuratively, smell the roses!

Arches at the San Jose Rose Garden.
You can stroll numerous aisles of diverse arrays of gorgeous roses. In the center of the garden is a large fountain, with benches around to have a seat on. Or, you can bring a blanket and relax out on the grass.
You’re likely to see a happy couple taking wedding photos in the garden, or maybe a glowing set of expectant parents getting pre-baby pictures.

See here for more about visiting the San Jose Rose Garden. Be sure to stop by if you’re visiting the South Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area!
Notes re accessibility: The entire garden is flat. Most paths are unpaved dirt or grass, but are solid and the paths are wide.
