Exercising While Quarantined

Hello 100 Down Club readers, I hope this finds you healthy and safe. With the coronavirus infecting people around the globe, many are now staying at home as much as possible to help slow the spread of this illness. If you are at home, you may want to adapt your exercise to being indoors.

Fortunately, there are plenty of physical activities you can do at home without any special equipment, that are easy, and that will effectively help you maintain or improve your fitness. There is plenty freely available on the internet. Here are some good ones:

Remember to stretch, drink water, and also get some rest afterwards. And of course, let’s all wash our hands frequently, and abide by other CDC recommendations to help slow the spread of this virus. Stay safe and healthy, my friends.
